Returns
Anco Fastener Sales accepts returns on items in resellable condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Free from markings, labels, or modifications
Return Freight
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Anco Fastener Sales does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Contact our team before shipping any return to receive authorization and return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for processing after the return is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, special-order fasteners, and items not in resellable condition are not eligible for return.
