ANCO FASTENER SALES — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, browsing our website, contacting us by phone or email, or purchasing in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Anco Fastener Sales is a fastener supply company serving both individual consumers and business customers. These terms apply to all transactions regardless of how the order is placed — online, by phone, by email, or in person.

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before fulfillment. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a credit account has been established in advance.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders in a timely manner. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Anco Fastener Sales is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns
Returns are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Items must be in resellable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return freight costs.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anco Fastener Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Product Use & Suitability
Customers are responsible for determining that products ordered are suitable for their intended application. Anco Fastener Sales makes no warranty that any product is appropriate for a particular use. Always follow applicable safety standards and consult a qualified professional when required.

9. Intellectual Property
